New York Post, Fox News and the Daily Mail report that Katherine Dale Kelly, 24, of Cocoa, Florida, was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder after firing into a parked car where her boyfriend and another woman were sitting. Citing a police report and Brevard County court records, the outlets say Kelly tracked her boyfriend’s location and took an Uber to the area. They say she fired through the passenger window, striking the other woman, Angel Adenau. According to the police report, Kelly told investigators she shot to “make a point” about her boyfriend’s cheating. The New York Post reports that she first claimed self-defense. Outlets give Kelly’s age as 24 or 25.
