Fox News, RedState, the Daily Mail and The Western Journal report that ICE’s Victims of Immigrant Crime Engagement office has released a video of Elizabeth Carter confronting Rajinder Kumar, the truck driver charged in a crash in Oregon that killed her son and his newlywed wife. The Western Journal says the exchange took place in an ICE vehicle while ICE was transferring Kumar to Oregon state custody to face two counts of first-degree manslaughter and three counts of recklessly endangering another person. The outlet quotes Carter saying ‘I Pray for You.’ ICE says it arrested Kumar after Deschutes County authorities ignored an immigration detainer and released him in April.
