New York Post, Fox News and Daily Mail report that Damon Foy, 50, of Kerhonkson, New York, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the 2024 death of Alberta Dale, 44, of Pennsylvania. According to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, Foy killed and dismembered Dale between March 31 and April 1, 2024, and was disposing of her body when law enforcement intervened. Dale’s family in Pennsylvania contacted authorities out of concern for her well-being, and deputies found her car outside Foy’s apartment. The outlets say court records show her severed head was found in a suitcase in his home. Foy told investigators that Dale had played him like a sucker.
